At Community Living Atikokan we offer individuals and their families services and supports in utilizing their Passport funding based which is based on individualized needs and wants. Services and Supports are tailored to each person which are self-directed and designed to enhance the individual’s life and promote community inclusion and participation.

Community Participation Support
We provide support to individuals to participate in community clubs, events & activities, recreational & leisure opportunities, volunteerism and training/educational opportunities.
Activities of Daily Living Support
We provide support to assist with independent living in the community, meal preparation, personal care, medication administration, budgeting & financial management, transportation, etc.
Person-Directed Planning
We provide support to develop person- directed planning that builds on the individual’s strengths, gifts, abilities, interests and how to & what is needed to achieve their goals.
Administrative Support
Individuals can opt to have CLA manage and administer their Passport funds. CLA will coordinate services and supports using CLA direct support professionals and will be responsible for payment and invoicing of funds.
CLA is able to provide employees wo are trained, have access to agency resources and are experienced with supporting individuals within their community.
