At Community Living Atikokan, we believe that all individuals should be OF community not just IN community. Being OF community creates new experiences, interests, meaningful relationship and contributions to the whole community which enriches engagement in lives & community inclusively.
Community Participant Services and Supports (CPSS) focuses on community presence, meaningful participation, contribution and citizenship. CPSS identifies, creates and promotes opportunities for individuals to be active participants in activities of their choosing. Opportunities include but are not limited to social, educational, cultural, recreational, volunteerism and artistic. Supports provided are individualized, based on abilities & interests and are directed by personal choice.
